NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING: Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act (“OPMA”), NJSA 10:4:4-6, notice is hereby given that there will be a Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Deal, to be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. The purpose of this meeting is to enter executive session to discuss matters involving the employment, appointment, terms and conditions of employment, evaluation of the performance of, promotion of any specific prospective public officer or employee or current public officer or employee employed or appointed by the public body pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-12(b)(8). Specifically, the Commissioners will be discussing the terms and conditions of employment and the qualifications of prospective public employees for the open positions currently posted. The only legal action to be taken at this meeting will be to adopt a resolution to enter executive session. No other action will be taken. The meeting will be held at Borough Hall, 190 Norwood Avenue, Deal, New Jersey.
