Planning Board Meeting – July 1, 2020

          NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regular Meeting of the Borough of Deal Planning Board is scheduled for Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. Action will be taken as appropriate.

With the utmost concern for the health and safety of the public and our municipal staff due to the potential spread of the COVOD-19 virus, it is necessary for the Borough of Deal to take proactive measures.  The health and safety of our community remains our number one priority.

          NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Board of the Borough of Deal will allow the public to access the Regular Meeting via Zoom on July 1, 2020, due to the Municipal Building being closed to the public.  The following is the access information:

PUBLIC PARTICIPATON IN ZOOM MEETING:

You will be able to participate when the Board Chairman opens the meeting to the public for the public participation portion of the meeting at the end of testimony for each of the applicants and/or their professionals’ for you to ask questions and/or cross examine these witnesses and make statements.  The Board Chairman will limit public comments to 5 minutes per person.  We ask that if you have questions of the applicant prepared in advance, that you e-mail them to the Board Secretary at deputyclerk@dealborough.com prior to the meeting.  Your question will be acknowledged and read into the record and answered.  If you have information or exhibits you wish to be considered and entered into the record, you will have to e-mail them to the Board Secretary deputyclerk@dealborough.com in advance of the meeting so they may be marked into evidence.
